Q. I use cash to pay my bill, can I still come into the office to pay?
A. Yes, however, we are limiting the number of customers inside our building. We may ask you to wait outside/in your car while we finish processing other customers. This is for your safety as well as ours.
Q. Can I pay my bill, make changes, or purchase insurance over-the-phone?
A. Yes, we accept credit cards and checks over the phone to pay your bill. Also, you can call the company directly or use your insurance company’s app to pay your bill or make changes. You can purchase insurance over-the-phone, however, only if the company offers e-signature and you have an email address.
Q. What is El Valle Insurance Agency, Inc. doing to protect its customers?
A. We are cleaning the office more frequently, disinfecting surfaces, and washing our hands often. Also, we are limiting the number of customers inside our building.
Q. Will your hours change?
A. As of now, no. However, this may change.
